Black Fossil Coral Necklace
Own a piece of the ancient seas. Each black fossil coral charm is collected in Morocco's Sahara Desert and comes in a swils of black, and grey, highlighting the tiny section of fossilized coral colony who lived hundreds of millions of years ago.
Each fossil black coral charm measures 12x12MM with a 14K gold-filled silver setting. Each piece is complete by a 16" .8MM 14K gold-filled cable chain with an 18K gold finish.
The fossil coral (Actinocyathus) was a type of rugose-type coral (rugosa is a fancy term for corrugated or ruffled.) Its colony spread across an ancient sea reef in the Early Pennsylvanian Period (323 million years ago.)
Each black coral fossil is one of a kind.
