Celebrating the election of the Pope John XXIII in 1958 through his short but important time as pontiff, this pope's time as head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of Vatican City saw massive reforms and moves toward inclusion in the Catholic church. Here, coins marked Giovanni XXIII and Pont Max with papal seal are marked on one side and the other side features Pope John XXIII on the other. In minted silver with tin alloy.
