Turn Heads in our 925 Silver, Ammonite and Pyrite Fossil pendant necklace. The ancient sea creature whose intricately spiraled fossilized shell is encased in this 925 silver pendant was excavated from an ancient seabed in the Canadian Rockies.

These sea creatures are known as ammonites, cephalopods that swam the earth's oceans during the Jurassic and Cretaceous Periods. These fossils are found in the portion of the Bearpaw Formation located in Alberta, Canada, though breathtakingly beautiful examples are also found in Madagascar.

Each fossil is coated in pyrite, then incased in rhodium-plated 925 silver pendant with 925 Silver stamp.
