Order the wrong size? Arrived damaged or wonky? Chat with us and we'll make it right!  We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different size, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Returned items must be unworn and be returned in original product packaging. 

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1) Chat with us! Open a chat or reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

2) Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3) Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Important info:

All full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Price reduced SALE styles are Final Sale and non-returnable for return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return.

Try-on Tip! We will only except underwear returns and exchanges that have been tried on OVER other clothing.

Details:

Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed if the item has out of stock or discontinued.

If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Price reduced SALE items purchased in the context of sale (online or offline) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
